New Client Discovery Call

 START HERE

Schedule: Every Friday at 10:30 AM PT / 1:30 PM ET, starting Nov 7
Duration: 12 weeks
Focus: Internalize and deliver the New Client Discovery Intake Call Framework—with tone, pacing, and role-play. This is the very first conversation you have with a potential buyer or seller.
Outcome: Nail the first conversation and set the stage for a strong client relationship.
Who It’s For: Open to all.

Sharpening The Skills

 GO DEEPER

Schedule: Every Tuesday at 10:30 AM PT / 1:30 PM ET, starting Nov 4
Duration: 12 weeks
Focus: Listening mastery within the Intake Call Framework—tactical empathy, emotional intelligence, labels, and mirrors.
Outcome: Build rapport fast, surface hidden concerns, and create trust from the first call.
Who It’s For: Open only to graduates of the New Client Discovery Role Play Group.

MASTER THE CONVERSATION

Schedule: Every Friday at 9:30 AM PT / 12:30 PM ET, starting Nov 7
Duration: 12 weeks
Focus: Master the five highest-stakes real estate conversations—Seller Commission, Buyer Commission, Buyer Broker Representation Agreement, Pricing & Positioning, and Price Reduction.
Outcome: Tools, scripts, and confidence to handle complex client scenarios like a pro.
Who It’s For: Open to all.

Meet David Lewis

As Chris Voss says, "Practice doesn't make perfect...PERFECT practice makes perfect." I focus on helping agents practice, learn, and master the Tactical Empathy approach to the tough conversations they have with buyers, sellers, and other agents every day. That includes new client consultations, delivering bad news, price reductions, requests for repairs, offers and counteroffers, and many other difficult situations.

I coach my clients to learn these skills the same I did: through consistent practice with timely, targeted feedback.
