Live Four-Week Course  ยท  With Gabrielle Witkin & Steve Shull

No
Exception

You've discounted your fee. Taken the difficult client. Answered the 10pm text. Skipped the vacation because everything was falling apart. Brought your laptop to dinner โ€” just in case. Said yes to the showing on Saturday when you promised yourself you wouldn't. Worked on-call for someone who never even said thank you. Not because you didn't know better. Because in the moment, holding the line felt too risky. Too selfish. Too much. That's not a knowledge problem. That's an identity problem. No Exception is where that pattern ends.

Sound Familiar?

You know what to do.
You're still not doing it.

This isn't a knowledge problem. You already know better. The issue is that in the moment, holding the line feels too risky. Too selfish. Too much. No Exception is where that pattern ends.

What This Really Is

Not another course.
The layer underneath the framework.

Steve built the foundation and honestly nobody does it better. The Commission Standard will change how you think. No Exception is where we figure out why you're still not acting on it โ€” and fix that.

Four weeks, live, no fluff. We go straight to the story underneath everything โ€” and we don't leave until the pattern changes.

Confidence isn't a feeling you wait for. It's a behavior you build. That's where we start.

Name the stories keeping you small "I can't afford to say no." "I'll lose the deal." "Standards are a luxury I don't have yet."
Turn preferences into non-negotiables Most agents have preferences, not standards. We draw the line โ€” in permanent ink.
Hold the line in real conversations The fee pushback. The buyer who won't sign. The client who thinks your boundaries are negotiable.
Build a business model from your standards Better clients. Less stress. A referral business that comes to you โ€” not one you're chasing.

Not more to do. Better ways to operate.

The Curriculum

Four weeks. Each one builds on the last.

Every session is live. Every week has a clear purpose. By Week 4, we zoom out and look at what consistent standards actually build over time: better clients, less stress, and a referral business that comes to you instead of you hunting it down.

Week 01

The Stories Keeping You Small

Before any framework, we go straight to the story underneath everything. "I can't afford to say no." "I'll lose the deal." "Standards are a luxury I don't have yet." These stories are running the show โ€” and until we name them, no standard will ever stick. Confidence isn't a feeling you wait for. It's a behavior you build. That's where we start.

Week 02

Preference vs. Standard

Most agents don't actually have standards. They have preferences โ€” things they'd like to do when the situation cooperates. This week we fix that. We draw the line between the two in permanent ink and we don't leave until every agent has written at least one non-negotiable standard in each of the Performance Six categories. No vague language. No "I try to." No hedging. Just a clear, committed list of the hills you're willing to die on.

Week 03

Holding the Line

Knowing your standards is one thing. Holding them when someone's staring you down is another. This is the session I wish someone had given me earlier in my career. We get into the actual conversations โ€” the fee pushback, the buyer who won't sign, the client who thinks your boundaries are negotiable. I'll show you exactly what I say, how I say it, and why detachment from the outcome is the most powerful tool you have. Because how you say it matters just as much as what you say.

Week 04

Standards as a Business Model

Four weeks ago, you were breaking your own rules and calling it flexibility. This week we look at what happens when you stop. Better clients. Less stress. A referral business that comes to you instead of you hunting it down. Here's what nobody tells you about holding your standards: it's the best business development strategy you'll ever have. I don't chase referrals. They come to me. And it's not luck or a script or a follow-up sequence. It's because the people in my world know exactly who I am and exactly what to expect from me. Every time. Week 4 is where we zoom out and look at what consistent standards actually build over time.

Is This for You?

Built for agents who want clarity, structure, and a business that reflects who they actually are.

This program isn't for everyone โ€” and that's intentional.

This is for agents who

โœ“ Know what the right standard is โ€” and keep breaking it anyway
โœ“ Are ready to be coached directly, not gently redirected
โœ“ Want to stop negotiating with themselves in the moment
โœ“ Are serious about building a referral business built on trust โ€” not hustle

This is not for agents seeking

โœ• Scripts and surface-level tactics
โœ• A passive, watch-and-absorb experience
โœ• Validation for breaking their own rules
โœ• Another framework to add to the pile
โœ• Comfort over change

Gabrielle Witkin

Gabrielle is a performance coach with Performance Coaching. She works with agents who have the knowledge, the framework, and the tools โ€” and are still making exceptions when it counts.

Her coaching style is direct. She doesn't gentle-redirect. She goes straight to the story underneath the behavior, names it clearly, and builds with you from there. No Exception is the program she wishes she'd had earlier in her own career.

After three decades and more than 70,000 hours of one-on-one coaching, he brings a direct, deeply experienced perspective on what keeps real estate agents stuck โ€” and what helps them build stronger businesses while actually enjoying their lives.

Steve built the foundation for The Commission Standard. In No Exception, he joins Gabrielle to help agents understand not just what the standard is, but why they keep making exceptions โ€” and how to stop.
