Week 1 - The Human Condition

Why Life Feels Harder Than It Should

We begin by exploring the mechanics of being human.

You will discover:

  • Why the mind constantly scans for threat
  • How survival wiring shapes thoughts and emotions
  • Why reactions often feel automatic
  • How the survival system forms the foundation of identity and behavior

This session reveals the hidden operating system running most lives

Week 2- The Story You Live Inside

Four Nights, Three Full Days — March 10–14

March 10 - March 14

Over three immersive days, you will:

  • Slow everything down so you can hear yourself clearly
  • Work section-by-section through your Constitution
  • Share your Constitution with the group
  • Refine, clarify, and tighten your language
  • Build practical bridges from your Constitution to your everyday life

Expect quiet, honest, spacious, grounded work.

Week 3- The Turning Point

Six Monthly Group Calls (1 hour each)

The six months after the Retreat are about integration.

We will:

  • Revisit your Constitution as life tests it

  • Strengthen the standards you chose

  • Catch old patterns before they take over

  • Reinforce your new way of living

This is where meaningful change becomes permanent.

Week 4

The Circle of Control

Six Weekly Group Calls (1 hour each)

In the six weeks leading up to the Retreat, we lay the foundation so you arrive prepared and already in motion.

Topics include:

  • The Principle of Reduction

  • The Personal Constitution — structure, guidance, sample language

  • The Circle of Control

  • The Stories We Tell Ourselves

You’ll receive a Personal Constitution Template and guided prompts to help you create a meaningful draft before you arrive.

Week 5

The Personal Constitution

In the six weeks leading up to the Retreat, we lay the foundation so you arrive prepared and already in motion.
