Week 1

The Human Condition

Why Life Feels Harder Than It Should

We begin by exploring the mechanics of being human.

You will discover:

  • Why the mind constantly scans for threat
  • How survival wiring shapes thoughts and emotions
  • Why reactions often feel automatic
  • How the survival system forms the foundation of identity and behavior

This session reveals the hidden operating system running most lives

April 21st

Week 2

The Story You Live Inside

The Invisible Narratives That Shape Your Life

Most people believe they are living their life.

In reality, they are often living out a story formed long ago.

We explore:

  • The Five Survival Stories (not good enough, powerless, etc.)
  • The Three Life Narratives humans tend to live inside
  • How identity forms from emotional experiences
  • Why the story feels like reality — even when it isn’t

Recognition alone begins to loosen the story’s grip.

April 28th

Week 3

The Turning Point

You Are Not the Story

This is where awareness enters.

Participants discover the powerful shift:

You are not your thoughts.
You are not your story.
You are the awareness observing them.

We explore:

  •  The pause between stimulus and response

  •  The difference between reaction and response

  •  The shift from “I’m not okay” → “I am okay.”

This realization changes everything.

May 5th

Week 4

The Circle of Control

Letting Go of What Was Never Yours

Much of human suffering comes from trying to control what cannot be controlled.

In this session we explore:

  • The Circle of Control
  • Why control strategies create stress and exhaustion
  • The freedom of focusing only on what you can govern
  • Redirecting energy toward conscious behavior

When we release the illusion of control, life becomes easier to meet.

Week 5

The Personal Constitution

Choosing the Standards That Will Govern Your Life 

Most people live by unconscious survival rules.

A Personal Constitution replaces those rules with consciously chosen standards.

Instead of goals or outcomes, a constitution defines:

  • How you fully express your wholeness and completeness
  • How you will meet life
  • The standards you live by regardless of circumstances

A real constitution is not about controlling life —
it is about choosing how you meet life.

Participants begin drafting their own Personal Constitution.

May 19th

Week 6

How to Meet Life

The Practice of Conscious Living

The final session brings everything together.

Life is not something we control.

Life is something we meet.

Participants learn the practical process:

Event
→ Feeling
→ Awareness
→ Standard
→ Response

This becomes the foundation of conscious living.

Every moment becomes practice.

The Transformation

Over six weeks participants move through a powerful shift:

From reacting to life → to meeting life consciously.

From survival rules to → consciously chosen standards.

From trying to prove they are okay→ to living from the realization that they already are.
