This is not a wish list. Not a vision board. Not something aspirational.
It is a clear, simple, living document that defines how you show up every day, regardless of what life throws at you.

During the Retreat
Four Nights, Three Full Days — March 10–14

Over three immersive days, you will:
- Slow everything down so you can hear yourself clearly
- Work section-by-section through your Constitution
- Share your Constitution with the group
- Refine, clarify, and tighten your language
- Build practical bridges from your Constitution to your everyday life
Expect quiet, honest, spacious, grounded work.
After the Retreat
Six Monthly Group Calls (1 hour each)
The six months after the Retreat are about integration.
