Game Plan2027

What game are you playing?

Two days. Four questions. One honest look. Before you spend another year trying to win, make sure you're playing a game worth winning.

On stage

  • Jeffrey Saad
  • Danny Hertzberg

Meet the speakers

Before you make a plan

New plan. Same operating system. Same life.

Changing the number at the top of the page isn't changing the game. This is not a goal-setting event. Goals are easy. Everyone in the room already has them. What almost nobody has done is look at the thing producing the goals.

Before you plan 2027, you need to see four things clearly. The game you are playing. The player playing it. How you are actually performing. And the life you are experiencing while you play.

Every question has two answers. The one you'd give in a room full of peers, and the one your calendar gives. We work with the second one.

The program

Four parts. Two days.
No right answers.

Day 1 is the game and the player. Day 2 is the performance and the experience. You arrive with your work. We challenge what you wrote.

1
The Game
Day 1

What game are you playing?

Most of us inherit a definition of success long before we consciously choose one. The industry hands you a scoreboard: transactions, volume, income, rankings, awards, team size.

None of those are wrong. They are measurements. They are not the game.

  • The rules of the game
  • What you're trying to win
  • How you're keeping score
  • What matters most
  • What is enough

Plenty of events ask what you want. We ask what you have decided is enough.

The scoreboard is not the game. The game is life.

2
The Player
Day 1

Who is playing the game?

Underneath every plan is an operating system: the automatic way you respond when things get uncomfortable, uncertain or slow. Most of it runs without being chosen. It feels like you. It feels like reasonable decisions.

We look at evidence. What you did, not what you believe about yourself.

  • What you actually did
  • What you're trying not to experience
  • What you've learned to live with
  • Relief or Resolution
  • What's Now or What's Next
  • More or Reduce
  • Your Personal Constitution

Your ability to live with a problem is not evidence that you should.

3
The Performance
Day 2

How are you actually playing?

Your standard is not your performance. What you believe is not your performance. What you intended is not your performance.

Your behavior in the moment is the performance.

  • The Performance Six
  • Your playbook
  • Where you need to get better
  • What you control
  • Performing in the moment

Control choices. Influence outcomes. Discover results.

4
The Experience
Day 2

Are you here for it?

You're at dinner with your family, and half your mind is on tomorrow's listing appointment. You're on vacation, checking your phone. You hit the number, and immediately start thinking about the next one.

Are you experiencing your life, or using it to produce results?

The experience isn't the reward you receive after you win the game. The experience is the game.

The pre-game

You're not buying two days.
You're beginning the work now.

Your tuition includes the Pre-Game Workbook and one-hour Zoom calls every other week from registration through the event. Each call opens one part of the workbook. One part at a time.

You won't arrive with the right answers. There are none. You'll arrive with film: an honest record of where you are before the two days begin.

Part One
The Game. What you're trying to win, and what enough means.
Part Two
The Player. What has been running you.
Part Three
The Performance. How you actually play.
Part Four
The Experience. Whether you're here for it.

Don't binge it the weekend before. Answers written under deadline pressure are written by the operating system this workbook is designed to expose.

The pattern underneath

Relief changes how you feel. Resolution changes how you deal with what is true.

Relief is not wrong. It works. That's why we keep choosing it. The problem is that the underlying issue is still there, so eventually you need Relief again. Build a life around that cycle long enough and it stops feeling like a choice. It feels like how life works.

Building around Relief
Building around Resolution
Immediately adding another lead source because the pipeline is thin
First confronting why the relationships and processes you already have aren't producing
Taking the overpriced listing to win it
Telling the seller the truth about price
Cutting your fee before the conversation gets hard
Having the conversation
Venting to a colleague about a client
Talking to the client
Buying a new tool, script or system when what's missing is practice
Getting the next rep
Working late because stopping makes you feel behind
Doing what the moment requires, then being willing to stop
Living with it
Resolving it

Relief rarely looks lazy. In high performers, it usually looks like hard work.

The agenda

Day 1: The game you're playing.
Day 2: How you're living it.

Day 1 — Dec 9 The Game and The Player Wednesday, December 9
Part One
The Game
The rules you can't opt out of. The game you chose and the one you inherited. Who built your scoreboard. What you have decided is enough.
Part Two
The Player
The operating system underneath your plan. What you reach for. What you've learned to live with. Where you've been choosing Relief, and what Resolution would require.
Speakers
Four questions, answered from the inside
Jeffrey Saad Danny Hertzberg and Nathan Zeder Gabrielle Witkin
You leave Day 1 with
Your Current Game and your Personal Constitution
Who you have decided to be, in a sentence you could hold yourself to on a bad day.
Day 2 — Dec 10 The Performance and The Experience Thursday, December 10
Part Three
The Performance
The Performance Six. Mastering your playbook instead of building a bigger one. What you control, what you influence, what you only discover. What the moment requires when reality doesn't cooperate with the plan.
Part Four
The Experience
What you're missing because your attention is somewhere else. What would let you say, at the end of 2027, beyond the scoreboard: I lived this year well.
Speakers
Four questions, answered from the inside
Zach Zeldner Ali Garner Noel Jody Clegg
You leave Day 2 with
Your 2027 Game Plan
Built on the Five Movements. Finished in the room, together.

The speakers

Same four questions.
Different games.

Every speaker explores the same four dimensions you will: The Game, The Player, The Performance and The Experience. Not a keynote about how they won. A look at how they actually play.

The questions we're asking each of them:

  1. What game are you playing?
  2. What are you doing to prepare yourself best to play?
  3. How do you evaluate your actual performance?
  4. How do you experience the game of life?

Day 1

Jeffrey Saad
Jeffrey Saad
Real estate agent, chef and cookbook author
More than $300 million in sales

Jeffrey judges his success by one measure: whether he protected his client's best interest and exceeded their expectations. He built his business with his wife and partner, Nadia, on three things he believes make a great agent. Knowing the tribal knowledge of every area. Negotiating well. And above all, listening.

He is also an accomplished chef, former TV personality, restaurateur and cookbook author.

When he isn't selling property or cooking, he's surfing, training in martial arts, studying languages or traveling with his family.

Danny HertzbergNathan Zeder
Danny Hertzberg and Nathan Zeder
The Jills Zeder Group, Coldwell Banker Realty, Miami
The top-producing real estate team in the country

The Jills Zeder Group was ranked the Number 1 real estate team in the nation by RealTrends for four consecutive years through 2021, the year it closed $2 billion in sales. It is three families working as one team.

Danny Hertzberg has been named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 and the South Florida Business Journal's 40 Under 40, and in 2023 he held the record for the highest sale in Miami's history. He is a regular voice on the luxury market in The Wall Street Journal and on CNBC. He served as vice chair of the Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority and co-founded the Second Generation Giving Fund with his sister, Hillary.

Nathan Zeder is the team's numbers-driven, no-nonsense negotiator. He played four Big Ten championship seasons of tennis at the University of Illinois and a year of professional tennis before co-founding The Zeder Team with his mother, Judy. To him, real estate is the ultimate long-term relationship business.

Nathan lives in Coral Gables with his wife, Victoria, and their four children.

Gabrielle Witkin
Gabrielle Witkin
TTR Sotheby's International Realty, Washington, DC
Washingtonian Top 100 Agent. RealTrends top 1.5% nationwide.

Gabrielle studied biomedical engineering and worked as a management consultant for a top global firm before real estate. She brings that same data-driven rigor to 15 years in the Washington, DC market, where she ranks #35 by volume in the metro area.

She grew up a military kid, moving every few years, so she knows firsthand what a life transition asks of a family. Her work is built on a blend of heart and expertise.

She lives in Arlington with her husband, Barrett, and their daughter, Vera.

Day 2

Zach Zeldner
Zach Zeldner
Founder, The Zach Zeldner Team at Compass, Boulder
The #1 Realtor in Boulder. More than $1 billion in career sales.

Zach is the #1 Realtor in the City of Boulder and Boulder County by sales volume, and his team is the #1 medium team in Boulder and Colorado (RealTrends Verified, 2025). He has closed more than $750 million since 2019, with a full in-house team behind every client.

Before Compass, his team at Re/Max Alliance closed more than $450 million between 2012 and 2018. He has earned Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement honors.

A former competitive soccer player, he's usually on Boulder's trails, or with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons.

Ali Garner Noel
Ali Garner Noel
Founder and team lead, The Noel Collective, Nashville
More than $360 million in sales over the last four years

Ali leads one of the top small teams in the United States, recognized on WSJ RealTrends America's Best from 2020 to 2024 and honored with the Greater Nashville Realtors Diamond Elite Award. Through Compass' Sports and Entertainment Division, she has served more than 60 clients from the NFL, MLB and NBA, along with musicians and executives.

She grew up around her father's 45-year career as a builder and developer. Her philosophy is that luxury isn't defined by price point. It's defined by the experience, and that experience doesn't end at closing.

A Tennessee native, she's a proud mom of three boys.

Jody Clegg
Jody Clegg
Team leader, Orange County
More than $1.7 billion in Orange County sales

For more than 25 years, Jody has sold everything from oceanfront estates to single-story cottages. She leads a hand-selected group of specialists built around one goal: the most customized, thorough client service in the business.

She has watched the industry move past the sign-in-the-yard era, and she has stayed ahead of it with her marketing, her community knowledge and her standards for service.
