What does the ticket cost include?

Access to all live event sessions throughout the day, event materials, lunch, and refreshments.

Cocktail hour at the Luxe is also included.

Are there any discounts available?

We will have special early bird pricing through September 30th.

If you refer a colleague to the event, you will receive coaching credits to use on any future program ($400 credit for in person ticket and $150 for live stream).

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

You can transfer your ticket to another person, but no refunds are available. 

Am I able to bring a team member?

We encouraged you to bring team members and colleagues to this event! Every attendee will need to purchase their own ticket (including assistants).

Is there special pricing for groups? 

There is special group pricing for 5+ tickets. Please contact [email protected].

Will there be a room block reserved at a nearby hotel?

There will not be a reserved room block. The Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel and the Hotel Angeleno are both excellent places to stay near the Skirball Cultural Center.

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is NOT included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs.

Where do I check in for the event and pick up my badge? 

The Game Plan registration desk will be located in the foyer area at the Skirball Center.

Will meals be provided?

The conference will include the following complimentary food and drinks for in person conference attendees: 

• December 10: Breakfast, lunch, and happy hour at the Luxe Hotel

• December 11: Breakfast and lunch

Is there a Game Plan app? How do I download it?

There will be an option to connect with other attendees through the Performance Coaching app.

What is the dress code of the event? 

Wear whatever makes you comfortable for a full day of learning among expert coaches and your peers!
