2.0 Role Play Group every Friday at 9:30 am starting Nov 7th - The ability to navigate high-stakes client conversations with confidence is what separates good agents from great ones. Over 12 weeks, this course will equip you with the tools and dialogues needed to master the five most critical conversations in real estate: Seller Commission, Buyer Commission, Buyer Broker Representation Agreement, Pricing & Positioning, and Price Reduction (Open to all)
1.0 Role Play Group every Friday at 10:30 am starting Nov 7th - The first conversation sets the tone for the entire client relationship. In this course, you’ll learn how to internalize and deliver the New Client Discovery Intake Call Framework with confidence and ease. Over 12 weeks, we’ll break down each phase of the framework, practice tone and pacing, and use role-play to make the dialogue second nature.(Open to all)
1.5 Role Play Group every Tuesday at 10:30 am starting Nov 4th - Great agents don’t just ask questions—they make clients feel heard. This course focuses on sharpening your listening skills and applying tactical empathy and emotional intelligence within the New Client Discovery Intake Call Framework. Over 12 weeks, you’ll practice using labels and mirrors to build rapport, uncover hidden concerns, and create trust from the very first call. (Open only to graduates of my 1.0 Role Play Group)
