        By enrolling in the Performance Six Coaching Program on a monthly subscription basis, you agree to the following terms:

        1. Billing & Payment

        • Your subscription fee of $600 USD will be automatically charged to your designated payment method every 30 days from your initial enrollment date.

        • Payments are processed via [Insert Payment Provider, e.g., Stripe, PayPal] and are subject to their processing terms.

        2. Cancellation Policy

        • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

        • Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

        3. No Refund Policy

        • All payments are non-refundable once processed.

        • If you cancel after a billing date, you will retain access to the program until the end of your paid month, but no partial refunds will be issued.

        4. Program Access

        Your monthly subscription includes access to:

        • Daily Group Coaching Calls (Monday–Friday)

        • Live Role Play Sessions (Monday–Thursday, twice daily)

        • Weekly 1-Hour Standards Call

        • The Performance Six Assessment Tool

        Program content and scheduling may be updated periodically to improve quality and impact.

        5. Modifications to Terms

        Performance Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via email and/or posted on our website.

        6. Code of Conduct

        By participating in this program, you agree to:

        • Show up respectfully and responsibly in all live calls

        • Maintain confidentiality of shared content

        • Use the program for personal and professional growth — not for solicitation or promotion

        What’s Included with Your Subscription

        • Daily Group Coaching Calls
          Start each day with focus and intention. Join us Monday through Friday from 8:00–8:30 AM PT.

        • Live Role Play Sessions
          Build confidence and sharpen your skills with live practice. Offered Monday through Thursday at 2:30–3:00 PM and 5:30–6:00 PM PT.

        • Weekly 1-Hour Standards Call
          Go deep on one of The Performance Six each week. Thursdays at 1:00 PM PT.

        • The Performance Six Assessment Tool
          A powerful self-evaluation tool to track your progress and identify key areas for growth across all six success standards.

        What Happens After You Enroll

        • Your subscription will be billed monthly, starting today. To upgrade or cancel your plan, please reach out to our team at support@performancecoaching.com.

        • You’ll immediately receive a welcome email with a link to take The Performance Six Assessment

        •  Our team will send you calendar invites for all daily coaching and role play sessions

        •  You will receive access to our member platform: Performance Coaching Academy
