In this 4 week course, agents will learn the concept and skills of Tactical Empathy along with the frameworks and language with which to navigate the types of difficult conversations agents are faced with on a daily basis.

The powerful communication skill will set you apart from the competition, in terms of setting standards, charging a full fee, cultivating trust-based relationships, and growing a repeat and referral business.

• 1- hour Zoom call each week.
